Old farmhouse and charming and family house, on a plot of 1ha where a river flows. In the Eure valley in the countryside, in a green setting. Less than 100 km from Paris.

The accommodation
The Domaine d'Ocreville is a family home full of charm, quiet, located in the Eure valley on a very large plot of 1 Ha where a river flows.
In the summer, you can have lunch on a large table outside under the lime tree and in winter make a good fireplace. You can rest in the veranda overlooking the orchard.
It is an ideal place for a stay with family or friends, but also for going green by teleworking (there is fiber) or to stay during a business trip.
The large playground also makes it an ideal leisure area for children. The accommodation is suitable for the elderly (bedroom, toilet with handle, shower room) without stairs but not suitable for people in wheelchairs and therefore not labelled PRM.
The house benefits from a 3* classification in terms of comfort.

The land is enclosed. Access to the river is protected.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the ground floor:
- 1 kitchen open to the living room and the south terrace
- 1 large living room with fireplace
- 1 patio door opening onto a cosy veranda with a terrace
- 1 large bedroom with relax beds (assembled or separate), TV and cot
- 1 laundry room, 1 shower room, 1 toilet.

On the 1st floor:
- 1 large blue bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 small bed and 1 desk
- 1 large yellow bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sink
- 1 small purple bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be joined together
- 1 sofa bed on the landing closed by a curtain
- 1 quiet office on another landing, 1 toilet and 1 shower room.

In the attic:
- 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (2 of which can make 1 king size bed)
- 1 dry toilet

There are a few basic products on site, just as a backup, but not in sufficient quantity for a stay.

The house is located 1 hour from Paris and the sea, 30 minutes from Rouen, 15 minutes from Evreux, 10 minutes from Louviers.
Close to Château Gaillard, Château d'Anet and Giverny
Possible activities in the surrounding area: swimming in the river on the property, canoeing, ponies for children, hiking, cycling, fishing, climbing, water sports, cultural visits...
People can pass by the land to feed the ponies, take out a tractor or a camper van.

Traveler access
You have access to the entire house and the entire property of 1 Ha except the shed where the motorhomes and tractors are stored.

The price is based on the number of people. Please enter the correct number of guests (which can be changed after booking) so that we can adapt the rooms and linen accordingly.
For the arrival, the house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac (red gate).
Access by train: Trains to Paris St Lazare in Gaillon, Val de Reuil or Evreux (about 19 km for the three).
Pets are allowed but not in the rooms or on the sofa, unless cats wear protection. Flat rate supplement of 30€ per pet.
